As a side note the application started to behave erratically when adding run dependencies (clocks) between a couple of nodes.

Hi Adrian, Applying the Auto Fixes has done the trick - although the app did hang when I tried this but after refreshing the browser and opening the dataflow worked as expected. Thanks for your quick response!
