In terms of performance - the new node is dramatically faster. In my brief testing typically 15 to 100 times faster. For example, the new node processed 60 million rows in ~18 minutes.

Kevin, Assuming you are asking whether Dataverse can access SQL Server running on Windows Server 2008R2 the answer is yes. Dataverse ships with sqljdbc4-4.2.jar which can access Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2. Cheers, Tim.
