Multi-Selectable drop down list in Composer

Was hoping to get some input as the best approach to provide a multi-selectable drop down list for my form in composer.  For example, if I have a list of 10 plants, allow the user to select 1 or up to all 10 plants.  Hoping to have a comma separated output field contain the results.  I would think others ...

Our organization has a single person who has access to Central data. As a Composer/Studio developer during development at times our process get hung for one reason or another. It would be nice to have some visibility to process status e.g. errors without having to bug the Central admin. I understand ...
