We have forms which give the ability for an initiator to select user names from a dropdown list - single/multiple. These are users who are not set up as a group within the catalogue but people within a department who should be notified with workflow details.

We would like to change this so it has options 'submit' and 'close'. Feedback we have received from users is that they think this is for saving rather than submitted the take action. Any old versions of workflow actions still appear in the dropdown options for forms created against 'take action' requests. We only want the most recent version to appear for users. Add a user friendly ID to the workflows table. Attached files ID.png After speaking to Mandy about a future release, if we can add the Jira ticket number to a workflow, this will be the ID we can use.

We would like the ability to rename the 'Take action' button. Change this label to ‘helpdesk’ or something similar? One of the most raised business issues we have with the catalogue.
