The user can successfully connect to the account using another SQL client and the same credentials. The DB only accepts Windows authentication. Does SQL Server lock credentials too many attempts with invalid credentials based only on the credentials? Could it be configured to lock by the credentials ...

We inquired with the DBA for the SQL Server yesterday, we're awaiting an answer. Some additional information, I'm able to connect to a different SQL server DB with the JDBC Store node and the JDBC node. I'll check the domain of the one to which I'm connecting. Regarding the the last questions, "Can ...

Hello, have been using the JDBC query node to load files to a SQL Server table, it requires windows authentication. We started getting the error below. Does it mean that Data3Sixty sees the DB as untrusted, or is that the message from the DB indicating that Data3Sixty is an untrusted site? Unable ...

Thanks for the speedy response and the help I was hoping to get. Perfect reminder about the drivers, I think we'll need to confirm the drivers with our cluster administrator. Thanks Adrian!

Hello, We installed the newest recommended version of Data3Sixty less than 6 months ago (version 3.4.3). There are already users sharing graphs with version 3.6 and we can't import their graph examples. Is there a way we to share graph examples to avoid this problem? This seems like such a short ...

Could you please send me the .profile.lavastorm file that is included with the latest Data3Sixty installation files. I forgot to save a copy of it before I made updates to it. I think I made changes to my copy that may be preventing oracle queries from being run. I've attached a copy of the changes that ...

We resolved this by adding the string below to the DbDriverClasspath of a JDBC node. ((%ls.appdatadir%))/lib/db/db2 I believe the variable is a system variable. The rest of it is the remaining portion of the path that points to the location of the required drivers. I think we only need this ...

Thanks, I should have remembered that. I removed the db2jcc4.jar, so it should only have access to jcc-11.5.0.0.jar. But, I'm getting the same error, "Unable to load driver class:...". Thoughts? Thanks, Brad

I'm not sure why that last post was cut. The files are installed in ../site-7731/lib/db/db2. In addition to the new jar the other jar files installed are listed in my original post. Thanks, Brad

Tried to update the ../Data3SixtyAnalyze/.profile.lavastorm by adding an ORABLE_HOME variable and updating the first instance of LD_LIBRARY_PATH = $(ORACLE_HOME)/lib. That didn't seem to work, am I on the right track? Thanks, Brad

I think the last time this was the issue: The UNIX environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not properly point to the Oracle installation. What file contains that LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
