hello,
Since VBUP table does not store data in S4 Hana, I wonder if someone has found a solution how to find open sales order lines with query for example for an item?

Copying from an SAP Community post I ran into recently, I was looking for these status fields too, and found them in the order header (VBAK)

"As a result of the SAP S/4HANA data model change in Sales & Distribution, tables VBUK and VBUP are no longer supported in this Customizing activity. Selection criteria which relate to the status of a sales document need to be defined based on the corresponding header and item tables (VBAK, VBAP, LIKP and LIPS). Thank You Jayasri, that is a good table, but that does not contain item as a field. If I start adding more tables to find correct sales order and sales order line, that will become a quite heavy query.
