Hello,

I published a script to Evolve for a runner. They are a new user and have recently completed set up. Something must not be incorrect with the setup, but I do not see anything wrong. The new user cannot see anything in the template section. They can see scripts in the solution section of Evolve. When they download a script from solutions, the submit button is not present, but it is present for other users. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this issue for the runner? I have tried republishing the script and that did not solve the issue.

I would check if the user is part of the Originator group in the App. 

Check under App configuration -> Manage Groups and add your user to all the groups needed. 

Groups drive the roles and permissions behind the scenes. 

Also check if you manage permissions by Library and provide access in the Manage Libraries setting.
