  • 1.  Outage : Open in Studio and Open in excel button stopped working after chromium and edge updates.

    Hi Everyone.

    Due to recent updates in Chrome and Edge browser, below highlighted buttons are not working.

    Resolution :

    1. Login into Evolve server.
    2. Go to path : <Evolve install directory>\\Program Files\Precisely\AutomateEvolveServer\ui\assets\workflow\js\lg
    3. Take backup of file svform.js
    4. Open the file svform.js
    5. Search for keyword launchStudio it will be shown as:
    6. In the starting of method, add code : url = url.replaceAll(' ','%20');
    7. Save the file, clear browser cache and test the scenario.

    Thanks for the heads up, Hammad.  

    These instructions worked in our Evolve systems.

    Please note if you have an older Evolve system or one that was updated from prior releases, the path may have Winshuttle in the name instead of Precisely, something like:  

    \Program Files\Winshuttle\EvolveServer\ui\assets\workflow\js\lg
