HI!
Is there any way to maintain values in this field. We have a setup that we have ID types (1-many) in BP and then each ID type has Identification number.
And now we would like to add, change or remove  those IDs and numbers.

We are creating business partners through a custom RFM. But, there are BAPI's that you should be able to use to create/change/delete business partners. The screenshot below shows some of the BAPI options I am showing in our system. I am not sure if your system has the same, but I would guess there is an option.

Hi Sami, 
I agree with Vanessa's suggestion to use BAPIs. 
Since the Identification table in the BP tcode screen does not provide a reliable way to point to a specific IDtype, I don't recommend recording the tcode for this purpose. 
here are the appropriate BAPIs for this use case, which can use to create a solution using the DIRECT module:
