    Hello,

    Can you confirm if there is a file size limit for the attachments webservice?  We had a user this last week load a file that was over 75 MB and the emails failed to send and end users could not download the file from the Evolve form in the attachments window.  Looking around online, I saw conflicting results with one case saying you could load 100 MB files but there would be a delay and another on a Precisely document for studio saying webservices were limited to 20 MB.  When I test in our development environment I'm not receiving an error message due to file size.  If there is a recommended file size limit, how would we be able to show this limit and prevent it on a form?  The form/workflow we had the issue in is not connected to SAP as the form is used only to get approvals on documents.

    There was a question about this last year, and one of our engineers replied.  It's here:  https://community.precisely.com/discussion/size-limit-for-attachments-in-evolve-and-special-characters-in-evolve 

    Looks to be 100MB for Evolve.

    However you mention SAP and Email.  SAP may have settings to limit attachment sizes, and I know our IT team has limits on the sizes of file attachments in Outlook, our email server.

    Hi Sigrid, yes I had looked at that post and that is where I was stating I had seen 100 MB but I've also seen 20 MB per a Precisely Help Document.  Seems to be contradictive and thought I would ask for clarification.  I'm not connecting my form to SAP as this is only used for document approvals currently.  For a Saas Solution should I reach out to Precisely via a help ticket to define what the email attachment size is?
