ACR/Detail and ACR/Summary for zOS Upgrade question

We are on z/OS 2.3 and R40V8M06. Would like to upgrade to z/OS 2.4 and R90V3M08. Can I upgrade directly to R90V3M08 or would I have to go to 9.1 or 9.2 first? Thx, Andrew
