Hi Andrei, No, I haven't contacted support as yet, thought I'd try here first in case anyone else had experienced the same issues. Our IT protocols wont allow anything with an amazonaws.com in the URL to be whitelisted at all, so will see if whitelisting any of the others makes a difference. Regards ...
