You cannot enter 1.00 in the Threshold for a DQR in Prod

When you create a new DQR, the first item to enter is the Threshold. If that is 100% good quality, then you enter 1.00. BUT as soon as you hit the "1" key the value changes to 0. This problem can be reproduced in PROD, not in DEV. Attached files Capture.PNG
