I'm in favor of allowing the relationship creation when you have the permission to do it for the source asset, even if you don't have it for the target.

We would like to define a measure in the Governance score configuration to test the existence of children in a Parent-Child relationship. In our case, testing if a "Business Concept" has "Business Terms" related (see screenshot). Attached files parent-child.PNG

It would be helpful to trigger a workflow based on the relationships of an asset. For example, we would like to trigger a workflow to notify a Data Steward that a new relationship has been added to a term he is responsible for or to condition a workflow if a relationship exists for an asset.
