In classic UI, I created a Custom Window shortcut, and set the Custom URL to the URL of a .jpg file in my DAM.    That works great--when I click on the shortcut (in 2020) I can see the image.  But if I do the same thing and set the Custom URL to the URL of a .pdf file in my DAM, I get a Error  Failed ...
