The TOOLS explorer window has icons to add things like combo boxes, list boxes, execute some code button and so on to forms one creates.  I see the TOOLS window on Mustafas site and its populated with all different objects.  My TOOLS explorer is completely blank.?  There is a reference to this issue ...

Ideally they would select the items then click a mapbasic button in the ribbon and a dialog will open with other selectable options then click OK to run the ODBC query. I can do every thing except knowing what they clicked in the map. Can you point me in the right direction on how I might achieve that? ...

Is there any place I can learn more about MapBasic IDE? The tools dont load and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but they still dont load. Plus Id just like to learn more in general about it.
