    Hello,

I am inquiring whether there is a solution that would allow pdfs to be tagged and then read to a visually impaired consumer to meet upcoming ADA requirements.

    Hi Lisa.

Precisely's preferred User Accessible PDF - PDF/UA - software is the CDP Adept UA tool.

You can find out more from the CDP Adept product page

ADEPT UA | User Accessibility | CDP – Communications inc

Many PDF Readers - including Microsoft's default Edge browser - have a 'Read Aloud' feature for PDFs , which works quite well.

The current Edge version has the 'Read Aloud' option available as an 'Uppercase A with two sound waves' icon - currently 6th from the left on the Edge PDF Toolbar.

    Hope that Helps.

    Paul
