Hi Anita
Sorry you're running into an authentication issue. SSO can be tricky to setup, use and debug, as there are a variety of kinds. And I will speak for myself - I don't have much expertise with it.
I would suggest you open a support ticket to try to get a resolution.
Please note the latest release, version 24, leverages SCIM servers for user lookup - System for Cross-domain Identity Management. This provides an industry standard way for Evolve to do user lookups across a number of SSO providers. IDK if it will help in your scenario, but we are making strides to make it easier to integrate the various SSO providers and leverage industry standards.
Best Regards,
Sigrid

Subject: User is getting access denied trying to get to Evolve site
When I create a new user, it uses SAML to find and create the user. Normally the username and email address are identical. I set up a new user that has multiple emails identified thru SAML it used one email for the username and a different one for the email address. The one it used for the email address is the one we use internally. When this user tries to access the Evolve site to obtain license verification it gives them access denied. Has anyone seen this before?
