Just to update on this, I was able to resolve this issue by using the JDBC Store node.

I'm not sure the error message relates to whether there are Null values in the DB Store node's input data. It may be that there is a problem with the data flow itself rather than the particular node.
You could try running the 'Apply Auto-Fixes' tool from the Errors panel to see whether that rectifies the issue. You could also try exporting the data flow as a .lna file and re-importing it to a different folder in the Analyze directory.
If the issue persists create a support case in the Support Portal and attach the data flow .lna file plus the System logs ( Click the information (i) button and select 'About Data360 Analyze' -> 'Download Server Logs').
