  • 1.  Studio Administrator - Loss of functionality

    The items below seem to no longer be available after moving from Connect to Studio Administrator. We have used these regularly in the past at Loves. Can these items be added to Studio Administrator? 

    • Reports
      • Usage Report fields below exist in Connect but unable to locate them in Studio Administrator. These fields have been used by Love's and we would like to continue being able to use them. 

    • Reports/Users
      • Fields: Department and Job Title
        • Department and Job Title existed in Connect but not in Studio Administrator. These fields have been used by Love's and we would like to continue being able to use them.

    As well as above, the Communications Tab is also not available in Studio Administrator 
    This was useful to regenerate email comms to users who have not received emails directly from Precisely
    We now have to log a support call each time this happens

    Here is a related Idea to make the User's department/manager detail available in the UI reports in Studio Manager/Evolve
