  • 1.  Selecting PRT Item on a Task List Operation

    Hi all,

    I am looking for some help with selecting a PRT item on a Task List Operation.  

    Based on some posts in this forum I have been using the OKCode OBSE to select a the required operation but i am stuck with how to select a specific PRT Item.  

    Looking at OBSE it has the ability to search for a PRT but I can't get it to work.  It keeps closing the transaction....

    Is it possible to search for a specific PRT (Document type) using OBSE?  If so, which screen should i be running it from and which of the fields are required?

    I've just tried this in ECC: -

    IA06

    Enter details to get to a task list

    highlight operation, click on "PRT"

    Enter =OBSE

    Object set to "F" (should default)

    Item set to the line number you wish

    It's working for me directly - does it for you? I've not tried winshuttle recording it if that makes a difference.

    Hi Mat,

    Thanks for sharing the OBSE tip! I used it to create a script that deletes activities and I put it in a loop. This should be similar to what you need, but you'll need to edit instead of delete. I hope this helps.
