    Dear All,

I am facing a challenge with one of our runner. He can't see all the SAP Systems in Winshuttle Studio (dropdown list).

What can actually be the issue.

On the other hand, I can see all the systems listed on SAP GUI Logon.

Additionally, the settings are the same. Hence, I don't know where to check it again.

    Kind Regards,

    Marcel

    Good afternoon Marcel,

I think you 'll have to add the SAP systems you require.

have a look at this: https://help.precisely.com/r/Automate-Studio/20.3/en-US/Automate-Studio-with-Connect-User-Guide/Setting-up/Add-an-SAP-system

    Hi Marcel

Additionally I would advise to check the INI file you are using and the impacted user is using.

You can check the same by going to your logon pad- Options- SAPGUI configuration.

    Thanks

    Hi Marcel

It's possibly the SAPLogon.INI file or if a newer version of the GUI, an XML file

I'm on SAP GUI 770 and for me it's the SAPUILandscape.xml file.  It's in the SAP Logon pad -> Options -> SAP Logon Options and then path to local configuration files.

Typically IT or Basis will share that file with SAP users, but you can do so, as well.

Or, the users can use the article Archana shared to add them manually - but sharing the file is simplest.

You can also point to that directory in Studio under Options -> SAP Settings

    Hope that helps,

    Sigrid
