Hello,

2 of my colleagues are trying to run two different scripts that run with SAP GUI. 

The script aren't running, and they have had the error messages below.

Myself and other colleagues have been able to run these scripts successfully, and we have compared settings which seem to match up.

I have made sure they have both ticked the 'Start SAP GUI' box and have exited SAP to allow the GUI connection.

Please could you advise if there is an additional setting they could try?
