Query - how to extract all possible selections from field and not specifying it in user input data either in Run-time variable wizard

  • 1.  Query - how to extract all possible selections from field and not specifying it in user input data either in Run-time variable wizard

    Hello,

I am trying to give query user possibility to not enter any data in one of the columns (eg. 'plant' value) and to extract all created PIRs in different plants. (so eg. user will specify only material number and get all created PIRs, but if user wants - she/her can enter information about specific plant in line/s)
"*" value doesn't work for taking all possible values in plant field.
Is there any possibility to manage this?

    Thank you,
    Daria

hi, I would change the operator from "=" to "Like", in that case you can use "*" to my knowledge.

Hi, I use the "In" operator.

User can specify multiple or leave blank for all.
