    Dear Customer,

    As part of our commitment to providing secure, reliable, and future-ready solutions, we are reviewing platform support for EngageOne™ Generate. After careful consideration, we plan to withdraw support for Oracle Solaris operating system starting with the 2026 release.

    This decision is based on several factors:

    • Oracle Solaris usage among our customer base is now extremely limited.
    • Maintaining compatibility with Oracle Solaris presents increasing technical and security challenges.
    • Industry trends show a shift away from Oracle Solaris to more widely supported platforms.

    We understand that changes to platform support can impact your operations. If you are currently using EngageOne™ Generate on Oracle Solaris, we kindly ask you to share your plans and any concerns regarding migration. Your feedback is important to us and will help ensure a smooth transition.
