    Dear Customer,

    As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering secure, dependable, and future‑ready solutions, we regularly review the platforms supported by EngageOne™ Generate. Following this review, we plan to withdraw support for the IBM AIX operating system starting with the 2026 release

    This decision has been made after careful consideration of several factors:

    • Use of EngageOne™ Generate on IBM AIX has become increasingly limited within our customer community.
    • Continuing to maintain and certify support for IBM AIX introduces growing technical complexity and security considerations.
    • Broader industry direction indicates a continued shift toward platforms with wider adoption and long‑term ecosystem support.

    We recognise that changes to platform support can have operational implications. If you are currently running EngageOne™ Generate on IBM AIX, we would welcome the opportunity to understand your plans, timelines, and any concerns you may have regarding migration. Your feedback is important to us and will help us support a smooth and well‑planned transition.
