This decision has been made after careful consideration of several factors:

• Use of Compose - Communicate integration (Compose in the Cloud) has been limited within our customer community.
• Continuing to maintain the capability introduces ongoing technical complexity and overhead.
• Broader strategic direction is focused on modern, scalable platforms with wider adoption and long‑term support.

We recognise that changes to product capabilities can have operational implications. If you are currently using Compose - Communicate integration (Compose in the Cloud), we would welcome the opportunity to understand your plans, timelines, and any concerns you may have. Your feedback is important to us and will help us support a smooth and well‑planned transition.

Compose - Communicate integration (Compose in the Cloud) will be removed after the next release.
