need some help downloading long text from the Internal Comments tab.  I see there is the add long text option for basic data text and inspection text, but cannot figure out how to get the internal comments to download.

Hi Mike, 
In my system, I was able to run a quick test. I added the Long Text via the mapper using the button "Add Long Text" and it showed available options including 'Internal Note'.  See attached sample script. 

If you don't see this option for some reason, please create a support ticket so the team can diagnose further.
