    MapInfo Pro v2023 was released on September 12th with support for English, French, and German.

    Over the coming months, we will add additional languages to the installer like we normally do.
    We will update this post with further details about the release and links to in-depth articles.

    Yesterday, we published a new build (build 120) of MapInfo Pro v2023 with support for additional languages: Japanese, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish.

    Besides adding these additional languages, we have also improved the MapInfo 3D add-in in the installer

    You can now create Column Layers from point datasets where you specify a radius for the "columns" and a height. The height can be a value from a column as you can see in the example below.

    We have also made some improvements to controlling the 3D Shapes. You can now use attributes to, as an example, control the scale of the 3D Objects. Below, the scale of the trees is controlled by the value in the Height attribute.
