    Hi All,

    Do anyone have any detail on below exception which I am getting when try to call a method from VaultClient in my JAVA Code,

    I/O error occurred while writing UInfo request packet to data output stream.

    Please let me know if there is any explanation for the above exception and how to resolve it.

    Hi Avinash,

    Thank you for contacting Precisely. 

    It is hard to give you a detailed answer because the question is too general. We will need detailed steps to replicate the problem.

    Most probably you cannot write request result to the drive for some reason (maybe network problem?).
    However, I strongly encourage you to contact with Precisely Support and provide more details. Then hopefully we can resolve the case.
