Hello,

In the API developer guide documentation, I can see a page for the Identity Profiles API: Identity Profiles.

However, in the "Explore APIs" page of the developer portal, I cannot find this API: https://developer.precisely.com/apis.

When I try calling this API (I have a free tier account) I get a 404 response with error code "PB-APIM-ERR-1404", which is not documented.

Is this API not available for free tiers? Or not available at all? Why can I not use it?

Please let me know if I am missing something. Thanks in advance.

We understand the confusion. We retired the Identity APIs a few years back, but as you point out there is an error in our documentation in that a section focused on them still remains. We will remove this section from our documentation. We apologize for any confusion.

Also note, that as Data Integrity Suite plans expand we have begun introducing a new Developer Portal experience using capabilities deployed in our Data Integrity Suite. As you get free time, you may want to take a look at this new and evolving Developer Portal. https://developer.cloud.precisely.com/home In time, you will see the consolidation of our two portals.
