  • 1.  HTML Encoding Concerns

    Having some issues with passing certain characters into our Process History Table:

    There seem to be some HTML encoding concerns with our ampersands, quotes, and apostrophe characters. This is a novel issue for us since upgrading to 25.1. Is there a way we should be adjusting our fields that feed the process history to encode properly? Is this a known issue, or has anyone else run into this?

    Automate Evolve Version 25.1, Build 25.0100.2506.17003

    Hi Alexander

    Please check out this post, which calls out some limitations on special characters: https://community.precisely.com/discussion/comment-text-within-an-evolve-form-in-v250  there's also a link to the documentation if you are using email approval you can change the settings so that it's not using HTML formatting which can cause more of the same.
