Hello 
while starting a new process initiator have to choose first somme values (Typ Initiator).
In this time all groups are hide.
If user choose typ, all groups will expanded. 

To have the form completly empty I would also hide the standard button "cancel", "save" and "save and route".

Only when he has made the first selection and the groups are expanded should the standard buttons also be visible.

you can hide them using workflow configuration key, please refer :

Once you set the key value, you can add custom buttons in a group and assign them cancel, save, save and route functionality then you can show/hide the group according to your requirement.

Hi Jana,

You can also use the settings in a solution - just click on the main workflow canvas and see the Form Buttons property on the right.
I tend to use my own buttons, so that I can control display, hide, completion, etc, so I have selected no views, but you can select specific views to show the default buttons or not.
