Hi - Where do i set the Evolve Form view that should display under Documents? Seems to default to Originator view. I would like to display Approver view or add a Completed workflow view to my form but can't seem to find the setting to influence what display under Documents.

Hi Renette,

 Documents/Processes always display the Originator view while the process is running. Once the process is completed, they show the Process Completed view.

Process Completed View

If you want a specific view to appear after completion, you must select it as the 'Process Completed View' from the Name dropdown in the view properties(see screenshot below).

Views added to individual nodes-like an Approver View on an Approver node-will only appear on the Tasks page, not on the Document/Process page.

Would add that I always add a Status View - similar to the Completed View.  I make that the default view, so that when people go to the Documents folder, they see the status view if they click on it during a process and the Completed View when it's complete.

This solve another issue.

Whilst read only view - not able to save any changes on the form displayed under Documents, users felt uncomfortable that it did not show a read only view during processing / pending workflow approvals.

I included a read-only status view similar to the completed view. All good.
