That's a tough one, Thersha. I would suggest opening a support ticket so that someone help you check your individual environment to see what is going on.
BTW for anyone else reading this: Object reference not set to an instance of an object is a catchall error. It can happen in other products of ours, as well as other products in general. It's best to have individual assistance, by opening a support ticket on the part of theproduct that is throwing this issue, to dig into the details.
