Data360 DQ+ 13.1 UAT & PROD release schedule announcement US/UK/AU/EU – multi-tenant environments only
This upgrade applies exclusively to multi-tenant environments in the US, UK, AU, and EU regions; single-tenant and enterprise customers are not impacted by this release. Please review the schedule below to determine if your environment will be affected.
There will be a version upgrade for the following UAT and PROD environments on Friday, 10th October 2025 and Saturday, 18th October 2025, according to the following schedule:
UAT:
- US UAT environment: October 10th at 3:00 PM CT
- EU/UK/AU UAT environments: October 10th at 2:00 PM CT
PROD:
- US PROD environment: October 18th at 4:00 PM CT
- EU/UK/AU PROD environments: October 18th at 5:00 PM CT
What's new in this release:
Custom calendar options for scheduling jobs
Stage scheduling now includes flexible exclusion calendar options, allowing customers to schedule jobs based on their own schedule. Users can choose the default environment, opt out of exclusions, or select a specific calendar, giving them precise control over when stages run.
Admins can now easily manage calendars via export/import in the calendars tab. Calendars are saved as JSON files for simple backup or transfer, and the system ensures consistency by automatically validating and updating imported calendars.
When a user promotes or imports stages, the system creates an empty calendar with the specified name for any scheduled stage that references a calendar and notifies the user if the calendar doesn't already exist.
Email notifications with data table
A new process model task, "Notify with Data Table," has been introduced that allows users to send emails that contain output datastore data in the email body. Users can also customize the email subject and body, as well as select which data columns to include. This enhancement makes updates clearer and easier to share, streamlining data sharing workflows.
Expansion of bulk actions
Bulk action capabilities have been significantly expanded for case stores and data stores. In addition to the release of bulk mass edit, DQ+ 13.1, introduces the following bulk actions:
Bulk delete: Users can now filter and remove multiple records at a time, saving time on large datasets.
Bulk fast track: Users can now select multiple cases and fast track them to a terminal state with one click. The operations continue in the background, allowing users to continue other work if they want.
Admins can also customize the UI to show/hide bulk actions as needed, ensuring streamlined access based on role or workflow.
