    I've heard that local governments are considered as being in the vanguard of using location-based analysis to drive key success factors. What's your view?

    In the Local Government (Fraser Coast Regional Council), we have used GIS to find out the percentage of assets falling in different administrative divisions to work out proportionate fund allocations.

    Based on the Waste Bin data collected from trucks, we have analysed the locations of serial offenders (who do not keep their bin out, who do not classify their waste correctly) and proposed geo-targeted awareness campaigns.
