When you have a Browser column filtered, you can right-click in that filtered column and see [Clear Filter] as one of the available options -- as it should be! Once you start to move your cursor towards that [Clear Filter] selection, it suddenly becomes disabled.

You should be able to clear a filter from the right-click menu.

Note that the Clear Filter feature seems to work the first couple times after Pro has been restarted, but quickly reverts back to this undesired behavior.
