    1. What has been the feedback from End User?

    2. Where is the location data stored & is there further analysis done?

    3. Any issues with data errors which could flow to incorrect advice/response to End Users?

    A: 

    1. Time to processes requests has dropped from days to minutes, this in turn has increased the expectations of Users for speed of delivery.

    2. Requests submitted are captured & stored in a SQL Server system which allows for ease of access for adhoc queries to help identify trends. For example data can be queried by company, location, etc

    3. Minimal data errors & usually this is due to End User error (submitting the wrong location)
