    How can LI be used to redraw districts in a non-partisan way? There is so much data that defines people and places.

    Many years ago in White River Junction we used MapInfo to create sales territory maps for customers based around keeping the number of leads similar among the territories. Just managing these simple variables could be quite interesting sometimes. Very interesting article to read and thanks for posting.
