    Product Reinstatement.  Available in 11.5 but not in 16.0 64-bit?.

    Legend export as a wmf is unavailable.  Exporting a legend from MapInfo as wmf text that you can edit is no longer available.  There are several necessary reasons to be able to edit a legend outside of MapInfo.  Please reinstate/modify/debug this useful tool so it works in MI 16.0 and forward.
