Thanks to the 157 community members who participated in the survey we ran this past December. Not only did you give us valuable insight on how to improve Li360, but you also contributed to Save the Children by donating your time.
So what did we learn? That Li360 is already becoming an essential resource for our clients. Forty percent of respondents use it two or more times a month, and 16% use it weekly. Sixty-four percent of site users are very satisfied or satisfied with the community, and less than 5% are dissatisfied.
Community members are happy with the overall usability of the site and it's performance, but would like to see improvements in the topic catalog and event section of the site. And while the groups themselves are viewed positively, there is a desire to improve the user experience. All of these areas are on the improvement roadmap, and will see investment over the next several months. I hope we can count on more community member feedback as we plan these changes.
In addition, community members told us what types of interactions they are most interested in having on the site. Topping the list was continuing the dialog with our product engineers and having more peer collaboration. We'll work to provide more of this and encourage you to refer your professional connections to Li360. You also gave us some great ideas for new content, and we will be working through that list.
