We are currently in discussions as to the best approach for Exponare. Whilst we recognise that web mapping technologies have progressed over the last 10 years, we also understand that a number of Exponare customers have the application embedded within critical business processes. A number of Exponare customers have started the transition from Exponare to our flagship Web Mapping solution Spectrum Spatial Analyst. This has enabled them to dual run and migrate at a pace the customer dictates. If you are under maintenance you are also able to migrate to SSA.
Whilst we havent made any formal EOL announcement about Exponare, we have previously informed customers that no further development will be added to the application.
During customer discussions we have identified a small number of gaps between SSA and Exponare, which we have added to this years road map for Spectrum Spatial Analyst. This enables customers to dual run both applications, enabling Exponare customers to roll SSA out at their own pace.
Discussions are due to be finalised in the coming months, at which point we will have a formal announcement on Exponare. I strongly suggest you speak with @Max Ainscough? @Joe Dantas? or your PB account manager.
