  • 1.  How to read data from T drive

    Im trying to read in data from our companies T drive (its a networkdrive)

    But it's not seeing it and therefore I cannot read in the files needed

     

    When selecting a file in a Delimited Node it only sees C drive.

    How to resolve this?

    If you are using an Analyze Desktop instance then, if the network drive has been mapped to a drive letter on your machine, the drive letter should be displayed in the pop-up file browser. If you are accessing a Windows Server Analyze instance, the network drive has to be mapped to a drive letter on the server. The mapping should be for the service user under which the Analyze application is running. The network drive letter would then be displayed in the same was per the Desktop use case.

    Alternatively, if there are stil issues you could try using the UNC path format rather than using a mapped drive letter. The information in this post may be of use:
