I just installed Data360 Analyze on a new server to migrate from LavaStorm.  I've imported the graphs and setup the users.  As an Admin, I see all the graphs under PUblic Documents.  I asked one of our Users that I setup to login and they don't see any folders.  These users are added via AD import and have a role assigned of "User".  See attachment for screenshot.

The User role is the base role that can be assigned to a user. This role only means the user is 'known' to the system and provides them with the ability to log into the system, it does not allow them to perform any actions (except view the Help documentation and, in the case of Local users, change their password).

For any practical use of the system you also need to assign an additional role to the end user such as a Reviewer, Explorer, or Designer.

Reviewer and Explorer users do not have a personal 'My Documents' and can only see the 'Public Documents' and access sub-folders, data flows and schedules that are shared with them in accordance with the permissions on the documents/sub-folders.

Further information on user roles can be found in the System administration section of the Help:
