    hi, i am using windows single language. (Edition Windows 10 Home Single Language
    Version 20H2 Uploaded on ‎8/‎14/‎2021 OS build 19042.1165 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0)

    I installed the Data360_Analyze_3_6_8_6779-Desktop version on my computer. But when I want to run a node, I get the error "java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError". Can you help me?

    The error message you describe is a generic 'wrapper' for an exception so there is not much information to go on in your post. There should be some additional detail on the root cause of the error in the error text that follows that exception.

    Which node is failing, and is it just one node or are other nodes also generating errors?

    You can get the node logs for a node that is failing using the information in this KB article.

     When you installed the software did you use 'Right-click -> Run as administrator ' to launch the installer program rather than just double-clicking on the installer icon? If not the software may not have been installed properly and you may want to uninstall and re-install again (though the v.3.8.0 release is now available on the Downloads page and you may want to install the latest version instead).
