  • 1.  How to Backup Settings

    HI Infogix Team,

    Is there a way to backup the Data3Sixty settings in the Admin setting page (ie, Active Directory setting parameters etc...)?

     

    The reason for this is that we have to place control so the person(s) with the Admin credential messed up the app, we have some way to revert the change.

    The system configuration is included in the complete system backup. You can then use the backup to restore the entire system if it becomes necessary. See the Help documentation (System administration > Edit backup settings topic) for further details of how to modify the backup settings. The topic for the latest version of Data3Sixty Analyze Server editions is also available here.

    See the installation guide for information on restoring from a backup. The installation guides for each version of Data3Sixty Analyze are available in the Downloads section of the support portal (sign in required).
