    Hi - I have been using data360 since August 2020 and there has been no issue.  However, these couple of weeks, I tried to open it and I started getting error messages.  Whenever I open it will show a skewed formatting but I can run my graph ok.  Just will be difficult when I am trying to build new ones as everything is skewed and not displayed properly.

    Is there anyway to fix this?  I tried to access log files, but I have no clue where to locate it.

    Do you see the same thing when you open Analyze in a different browser?

    Yes, I used Chrome and Firefox, both produced the same display

    Have you tried doing a hard refresh of the browser: <Ctrl> + F5 ?

    Yes.  I have deleted the java task in task manager, clear cookies, etc.  Nothing works at the moment.

    What version of Chrome are you running? Based on some internal tests, this seems to be isolated new Chrome dev and canary builds that just came out, which are version 88 or newer. Running on the Chrome general release or beta version (both version 87) doesn't have the issue. Nevertheless, I'll have our teams take a look at this internally in case there's a permanent change to Chrome's rendering or just an issue in their dev/canary builds that won't impact version 88's or 89's general release.

    Also, which version of Analyze are you running?

    If you are using Analyze v.3.6.5 or earlier you will need to upgrade to Analyze v.3.6.7 if you are using the Chrome v.88 (GA release) browser.

    The current Microsoft Edge (chromium -based) v.87 also works ok but this may change when v.88 is released.

    I have upgraded to 3.6.7 and it works.  Mine was 3.6.4 before.
