  • 1.  Version 3.4.2 Install - Error: library 'libclntsh.so'

    Hello, I'm testing our newly installed Data3Sixty 3.4.2. I get this error when trying to query an Oracle db. Unable to load the Oracle OCI library (libclntsh.so).... I remember we also had this issue when installing LAE 6.1.4. I can't remember what we did to resolve the issue. What are the next steps to fix? Thanks, Brad

    I think the last time this was the issue: The UNIX environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not properly point to the Oracle installation. What file contains that LD_LIBRARY_PATH?

    Tried to update the ../Data3SixtyAnalyze/.profile.lavastorm by adding an ORABLE_HOME variable and updating the first instance of LD_LIBRARY_PATH = ${ORACLE_HOME}/lib. That didn't seem to work, am I on the right track? Thanks, Brad
