That error indicates some of the required SSL certificates are not installed in the java ketstore used by Data360 Analyze.

Note that all of the certificates in the trust chain must be installed. If you are using a HTTP proxy as the egress point from your private network to the internet then you will also need to install it's SSL certificate into the keystore.
